Together we can address homelessness in Weld County with the ultimate goal of attaining affordable housing so that people can be financially stable and live self-sufficient lives.
Seniors & Aging
Together we can help the increasing number of vulnerable seniors so they can remain in their homes, be independent and receive support services.
