Volunteer Coordinator
The Volunteer Coordinator works closely with all departments at United Way of Weld County to create community awareness of United Way volunteer and engagement opportunities and programs. The primary function of this role is to catalyze volunteer engagement county-wide. The coordinator oversees all volunteer efforts, be they for internal United Way purposes, to increase donor engagement with individuals or businesses, or to increase capacity and volunteer opportunities at other organizations. The position is supervised by the Director of Communications and Executive Support.
HNC Shelter Manager
The Housing Navigation Center (HNC) is a resource center that provides services to people experiencing homelessness, helps people regain housing, and helps households in Weld County navigate local housing resources. As part of Weld’s Way Home, Weld County’s initiative to prevent and address homelessness, the HNC provides clear access to housing services ranging from homelessness prevention to temporary cold weather shelter. The person in this role will use a Housing First focus to plan for and manage the seasonal overnight cold weather shelter. This includes working directly with people experiencing homelessness to create safe, effective, and sustainable low barrier overnight shelter between the months of November and April.

They will work directly with people experiencing homelessness to provide a safe, effective, and welcoming emergency shelter.

HNC Housing Coordinator
The Housing Coordinator will be based at the UWWC Housing Navigation Center (HNC) and responsible for providing case management and housing coordination for households experiencing homelessness. Housing Coordinators work with individuals that engage on site, as well as people identified through the Coordinated Assessment and Housing Placement (CAHPS) by-name list. Coordinators advocate to ensure the most vulnerable households experiencing homelessness in the community are connected to supports to find stable and permanent housing.
Homeless Systems Improvement Specialist
The Homeless Systems Improvement Specialist will use the collective impact framework to convene and coordinate homeless-serving organizations to improve HMIS data quality and collection, inform and identify data-driven strategizes, improve data systems, and create a shared understanding for homelessness and housing instability in Weld County.
HNC Housing Assistant
The Housing Navigation Center – Housing Assistant is responsible for completing general computer tasks, and managing programmatic activities at the front desk and day shelter. The position maintains professional relationships and clear communication with guests receiving services and agencies providing services. The Program Assistant directly supports coordinators and specialist roles at the Housing Navigation Center. Additionally, is charged with ensuring guests are signing in and out, answering phones, data entry, general admin and front desk tasks, filling paperwork, entering client daily program activities in HMIS and maintaining the cleanliness of the center.
NoCO CoC CAHPS Community Specialist
The Coordinated Assessment and Housing Placement System (CAHPS) Community Specialist, in partnership, implements and facilitates the coordinated entry process in Weld and Larimer Counties. This process supports a network of community partners who work with people experiencing homelessness in their efforts to become stably housed as quickly as possible.
NoCO CoC Data Systems Specialist
The Coordinated Assessment and Housing Placement System (CAHPS) Data Systems Specialist is responsible for overseeing data, resource management, and data-based system improvements related to the coordinated entry process in Weld and Larimer counties. This process, known locally as CAHPS, supports a network of community partners who work with people experiencing homelessness in their efforts to become stably housed as quickly as possible.
