Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS) Data Specialist
The Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS) Data Specialist will use the collective impact framework to convene and coordinate homeless-serving organizations to improve HMIS data quality and collection, inform and identify data-driven strategizes, improve data systems, and create a shared understanding for homelessness and housing instability in Weld County. This role will work collaboratively with the Director of the Housing Navigation Center to improve the data quality and reporting processes conducted at the Housing Navigation Center. This role will work in coordination with community partners and the Northern Colorado Continuum of Care to align data efforts across Weld County through the Weld’s Way Home Strategic Plan to Prevent and End Homelessness in Weld County.
Office Assistant
The Office Assistant is United Way’s lead representative for those who are working at and visiting its 814 9th Street, Greeley, location to conduct business or to receive assistance. This role welcomes the public, refers to an applicable resource, contacts the person with whom they are meeting, or directs them to a meeting room. The assistant answers all incoming calls and directs them accordingly. Staff monitors front and back door intercom system and allows entrance. The position is also responsible for clerical and other duties in support of the finance department and the larger organization. This assistant also supports the management of four United Way properties.
UPK Family Support Navigator
The UPK Family Support Navigator works with Weld County families to enroll in child care provider programs that are connected with the Colorado Universal Preschool Program (UPK). UPK Family Support Navigators will play a crucial role in providing assistance and guidance to families throughout their UPK journey.
HNC Shelter Associate
The Housing Navigation Center (HNC) is a resource center that provides services to people experiencing homelessness, helps people regain housing, and helps households in Weld County navigate local housing resources. As part of Weld’s Way Home, Weld County’s initiative to address and prevent homelessness, the HNC provides clear access to housing services ranging from homelessness prevention to temporary cold weather shelter. The person in this role will use a Housing First focus to assist in overnight cold weather shelter operations and tasks between November and April. They will work directly with people experiencing homelessness to provide a safe, effective, and welcoming emergency shelter.
