Almost Home – Housing Liaison
The Housing Liaison is responsible for supporting the Rapid Re-Housing department and other Almost Home programs in securing and maintaining permanent housing for program participants. The Housing Liaison will work directly with the Rapid Re-Housing Coordinator and regional Coordinated Entry team to identify, enroll, and assess households for Rapid Re-Housing and other Almost Home services. The Housing Liaison will manage a caseload of households providing housing search, lease up, and move-in assistance. Additionally, the Housing Liaison will work to strengthen landlord relationships and develop a move-in ready housing network.
