Tea with France Wisebart Jacobs

You are cordially invited to afternoon tea with Mrs. Frances Wisebart Jacobs, whose ground-breaking efforts to help those in need in Denver in the late 1800s led her to be known nationally as the “Mother of Charities” and led to the creation of United Way and National Jewish Health.

Historical reenactor, Susan Malmstadt, will perform as this influential Colorado historical figure, followed by presentations on local Jewish history and community. Afternoon tea service and treats will be provided, and guests are encouraged (but not required) to embrace the historic tea theme in dress and manner.

Event is free and open to the public. RSVPs are preferred but not required and you can RSVP by sending an email to UNCL.rsvp@gmail.com with the subject line “October 29 Tea” and including the total number of individuals you are RSVPing for.
