Our employees and their families are struggling. Why should we run a campaign?
The need for help is increasing. When people see friends, family, neighbors, and co-workers in need, they dig deeper into their limited resources to ensure the needs are met. Time and again, some of the most generous givers are those who have struggled themselves and needed a helping hand from our community. When we all come together to help, everyone benefits. Even if your employees don’t or can’t give, we want them to know about our services and programs so they can use them, too. 1 in 6 people in Weld County utilizes United Way services. That may be you, your employee, their friend, a neighbor or a family member. Everyone deserves the respectful opportunities to give to and receive support from United Way of Weld County. United Way of Weld County continues to hear from individuals that may be struggling, but find great pride in the ability to share even $1 for the services that are getting them through challenges.
