Housing Stability Program
Provides case management and up to 3 months of back rent, mortgage, or utility assistance to prevent eviction, foreclosure, or utility shutoff.
(Can assist 3-5 South Weld County households per month up to $5000)

Rapid Rehousing Program

Outreach Team:
Assistance in program enrollment, obtaining vital documents, enrollment onto the housing by-name list, food/water/hygiene products, etc.

Legal Support
Offers no cost legal support to tenants and mobile home owners regarding tenant/landlord matters.
(Free legal assistance with housing related issues. Income restrictions may apply)

Shelter Program
30 to 60 day shelter program, providing case management services and resources for families experiencing housing instability.
(30-60 day shelter program (application required), RRH program is only taking referrals through CAHPS. Transitional housing program must be shelter families. Rental assistance for families with children who are facing eviction. Able to assist 2 families a month with behind rent payments)

Housing Navigation Center
A place where those experiencing homelessness can receive help to regain housing and those at risk of homelessness are prevented from losing their housing.
(Current funding for those who are facing homelessness currently or in the past. Financial assistance can cover arrears and/or move-in expenses. Also transportation assistance for those who have family support systems outside of the area)

Assistance Program
Assistance to individuals and families living in the Windsor Severance RE-4 School District (East Windsor, Severance, West Greeley) facing eviction and/or utility shut-off due to a temporary financial crisis.
(can offer up to $1000 every two years per household, depending on situation)

Housing highly vulnerable households experiencing homelessness, justice involvement, and behavioral health issues, while simultaneously connecting those households to wrap-around support services designed to promote housing stability.
