United Way of Weld County is pleased to announce the appointment of five new members to its Board of Directors. The new board members, Lisa Hudson, Pam Hungenberg, Beth Longenecker, Juana Martinez, and Kent Naughton, bring a wealth of professional experience and diverse perspectives that will further strengthen United Way’s mission to improve lives by mobilizing the caring power of our community.
Lisa Hudson is a seasoned professional with over 14 years of experience in supporting small business owners in Eastern Colorado. Her extensive background in business marketing and her commitment to small business development will be an asset in connecting small businesses to nonprofit work.
Pam Hungenberg brings a deep commitment to education and youth development. With her long-standing career in educational leadership and her passion for empowering vulnerable people of all ages, Pam is poised to make significant contributions to United Way’s initiatives in education, as well as, providing essential resources to those who need them.
Beth Longenecker is a healthcare executive with a strong track record of improving health outcomes in communities. Her expertise in healthcare administration and her dedication to community health align perfectly with United Way’s focus on community well-being.
Juana Martinez is a community advocate with a strong background in network development and community engagement. Her experience in working with diverse populations and her commitment to bettering her community will enhance United Way’s efforts in promoting equity and inclusion.
Kent Naughton is a business leader with extensive experience in finance and operations. His strategic insights and legal acumen will be critical as United Way continues to strengthen its financial sustainability and operational efficiency.
