Housing Navigation Center

The Housing Navigation Center is a physical location where any Weld County resident that needs housing support and services can access resources. Families, veterans, youth and single adults can receive services focused around getting them into stable housing. This often includes accessing many other services that support self-sufficiency. The Housing Navigation Center will have many partner agencies working from one location to make it easier on guests to access services.

The Housing Navigation Center is looking for on going volunteer help! The HNC staff and volunteers that work in the space will have the grand task of getting this facility up and running.
