Housing Navigation Center

The Housing Navigation Center is a low-barrier facility that operates using the Housing First model. The Housing First philosophy is built on the understanding that stable housing is necessary to gain stability in employment, health services (both medical and mental), and all other areas of self sufficiency.
The Housing Navigation Center diverts people from homelessness by helping them return back to support networks and avoid the homelessness services system.
This often includes accessing many other services that support self-sufficiency. The Housing Navigation Center will have many partner agencies working from one location to make it easier for guests to access services.
