This position acts as, when staffing needs require it, as a Site Education Manager (SEM) who is responsible for the supervision and output of the quality of services as provided by the center staff (Family Services Tech, Assistant Teacher, Program Aide and Janitor as assigned) AND may serve as the lead Teacher in a classroom of Head Start children by planning, implementing, and supervising all classroom activities.

CEEN – Disabilities Coordinator

This position works as a part of the content area team of specialists/coordinators and Site Education Managers to integrate Head Start and Early Head Start services for children and families and is responsible for providing special services for children 6 weeks thru 5 years old with disabilities enrolled in CEEN programs. Residential Coordinator for homeless shelter for families and will be responsible for ; intake and discharge procedures including HMIS input along with day-to-day operations and active participation in community organizations which includes city, county, and state-related not-for-profits. There are monthly Board of Directors meetings, experience or desire to be involved in granting writing. Preferred associate degree in Non-Profit management or a related field, preferred homeless shelter or non-profit experience. Job Skill Requirements; compassion with firmness, teamwork attitude, organization skills, good oral and written communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
