Loveland Housing Authority (LHA) is seeking an experienced and mission driven Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties and supervise the affiliated property management staff. Preferred candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, or a related field and three to five years of leadership experience and property management. Experience in mental health/substance abuse treatment, or human rehabilitation is highly desired.
This is a full-time regular exempt position with a hiring range of $67,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year depending upon experience. In addition, this position is offered a benefits package which includes health, vision, dental, and life insurance, a short- and long-term disability plan, a cafeteria plan, a generous paid time off policy, paid holidays, a 457(b)-retirement plan with employer match, an Employee Assistance Program, and a yearly bonus plan at the discretion of the Board of Director’s.
