Mindfulness IRL (for teens!)

Mindfulness, or paying attention to the present moment without judgement, is a great way to reduce stress and anxiety, boost attention and concentration, improve relationships, and find happiness. In this program, we’ll tour different stations that teach us how to incorporate mindfulness into our everyday lives through simple practices.
