As part of ongoing, collaborative processes that include volunteers and the organizations themselves, United Way invests in programs at agencies throughout Weld County that are working together to reach community-wide goals in four initiative areas: Reading Great by 8, Thrive by 25, Weld’s Way Home and Aging Well. Three-year awards are provided as the expectation is for grantees to develop, implement and measure longer-term efforts, individually and as collaboratives.
These organizations have signed agreements that evidence their commitment to and alignment with the ongoing collective impact processes. This list includes funded and other organizations.
