Thank you for your interest in being a partner at the Northern Colorado Children’s Festival on March 30, 2024.
Completing and returning the performance application DOES NOT guarantee you a spot. The Children’s Festival committee will review your application and if you are chosen by the committee to perform on stage you will be notified.
NO ROVING ENTERTAINMENT WILL BE ALLOWED WITHOUT APPROVAL FROM THE COMMITTEE PRIOR TO THE DAY OF THE FESTIVAL.
A few reminders:
- BOOTHS: Your booth activity must be a hands-on activity that a parent or adult can do with a child. This year’s theme is: Community Helpers. Please refrain from coloring sheets. Here are a few internet sites that provide examples of activities:
- NO HELIUM BALLOONS ARE ALLOWED.
- ONLY PROFESSIONAL FACE PAINTERS ARE ALLOWED.
- PAINTERS TAPE ONLY: No nails, tacks, duct tape, fake snow glitter, confetti, balloons with confetti or glitter inside of them, powder/ confetti cannons or silly string. Command strips are also recommended.
- SALES VENDORS ENURE THAT YOU MEET CITY OF GREELEY’S SALES TAX REQUIREMENTS – Please see tax information below
- Confirmation letters and emails will be sent with details explaining procedures and information detailing stage performance times, booth set-up, parking, and activities the day of the event.

**NEW tax information**
Island Grove Regional Park is no longer collecting sales tax from vendors after the event. Vendors are now responsible for submitting their sales tax information and paying Greeley City Hall for sales tax collected. Please see the below linked documents for more information
