In Weld County, we are focused on helping people who are working hard but still not able to get ahead. Through our work with partner organizations, we support programs that provide counseling, support people with disabilities, help victims of domestic and family violence and promote self-sufficiency.  Giving families the knowledge and tools to become financially stable and remain safe from violence allows people to live with dignity and respect and saves our community thousands of dollars each year in emergency medical and social services costs.
