To date, 44 households have been served...read Danielles story • Green Path (Consumer Credit Counseling) 87.5 % of clients remaining in the Champions Program moved at least one step forward in the Spending Plan domain area on the Champions Self Sufficiency Matrix. 2-1-1 Information and Referral Program • From July 2010 to June 2011 2-1-1 handled over 19,000 calls, made client referrals from over 2,203 community resources and offered over 7,000 successful referrals. (over a 90% increase in successful referrals over previous year) • 1,634 average client calls per month. (5% increase over the previous year) • 2,203 community resources in the Tapestry database. (31% increase over previous year’s total) |
