Companion Connections is non-profit organization that supports financially challenged Colorado individuals who are seniors, differently-abled, or infirm by providing basic dignity and independence in the comfort and security of their own home. Services include: companionship, medication reminders, respite, light housekeeping, laundry, and transportation. These services are provided in the clients home. To support and strengthen the family's ability to care for their loved one with the least costly care option-in home care.
