Fort Lupton CHILDFIND is a free community outreach program that provides developmental screenings and evaluations of child development in the areas of learning, movement, communication, vision, hearing, and socialization. This program is coordinated through interagency efforts in compliance with the Idea law and the Colorado CHILDFIND mandate. Children ages 0-5 years are eligible for screenings and/ or evaluations. If you have concerns regarding your child's development, please contact the person above.
