Prenatal case management, resource/referral, advocacy, and education. Services include: free pregnancy tests, referrals for medical care, Medicaid applications, education such as prenatal development, nutrition, brain development, prevention of pre-term labor, effects of drug/alcohol , child birth preparation, care and feeding of newborn, early literacy, and self advocacy. This program serves pregnant women in Weld County.
