Provides information about the Federal Government's agencies, programs, and services. Information specialists use an automated database, printed reference materials, and other resources to provide answers to inquiries or accurate referrals. Callers who speak Spanish will be assisted. A descriptive brochure on th FIC program is available free from Department 584B at the consumer to information Center (see listing in this publication). 9 a.m. - 8 P.m. Pacific Monday - Friday, except Federal holidays.
