Program/Service Notes:
We provide financial assistance for breast cancer patients meeting treatment and income criteria while they are in treatment for the disease. Qualified applicants may receive support for mortgage or rent, food, utilities, transportation insurance premiums, or child care. Clients must explore and exhaust all forms of aid prior to applying. Must be in treatment for breast cancer or within 3 months of surgery for breast cancer. Must provide full income and expenses information. Must reside in state of Colorado. Must meet minimum income requirements for county of residence (fairly generous).
