Mile High United Way 2-1-1 provides health and human service information and referrals for persons in need of assistance in the metro Denver area. Has the comprehensive resource database state with more than 3,700 programs on file. Also provides quick and easy access to programs and services in areas such as food, medical care, senior services, youth programs, counseling, education, shelters, substance abuse, holiday assistance, and more. Callers should be prepared to answer demographic question including city, zip code, and county. Caller also should be prepared to write down the agency name and phone number for the referrals provided. All information the callers provide is completely confidential.
