The Crime Victim Compensation Fund has been established to help crime victims with many of their crime-related loses. Compensation may be awarded for medical care, lost wages, lost support, mental health care, funerals, residential break-in repairs and safety improvements, and "immediate safety" needs. Emergency financial assistance is available, if needed.
