Handicap Accessibility:
Provide employers with essential information regarding successful application of the American's with Disabilities Act. The seminars are tailored to the needs of each organization. Trainings will include: Answers to questions about hiring, regulations related to employment, dealing with issues related to people with disabilities in the workplace(support strategies, developing a natural support system, "invisible disabilities", drug/alcohol addiction); also, resources which are available to assist employers with the ADA.
