Program/Service Notes:
CCP provides training strategies to support and enhance community-based employment for consumers with disabilities. The training will focus on supported employment strategies (how to develop and secure appropriate job matches in the community, how to develop natural supports in the work place and why this leads to job success and long term employment); human service marketing; how to empower consumers to be self-advocates as they prepare for community-based employment; how to interact with for-profit businesses.
