Transition Services helps individuals choose, get and keep meaningful, paid integrated employment in the community. Employment services include: vocational needs assessment, employability skills training, work site assessment/job analysis, job placement, on-site job coaching, employee/employer support as needed. TS has been providing supported employment services for people with disabilities/challenges since 1985.
