The Patient Advocacy Coalition operates a Health Rights Helpline, which provides an independent source of information and assistance for health care consumers in Colorado. Health Rights HelpLine counselors are trained to provide the following services: Counseling & Education/ Referrals/ Appeals & Representation/ Educational Materials & Website/ Database. The Patient Advocacy Coalition is dedicated to protecting patients rights and responsibilities, and supporting patients through the appeals process.
