Larimer County, through its Child Support Enforcement Unit, has embarked upon a positive, innovative program to help non-custodial parents obtain the skills they need to fulfill their responsibilities as parents and take a more active role in raising their children. The Parent Program works in conjunction with The Family Center, the Education and Life Training Center as well as with many other private Human Service Professionals. This combined effort is helping parents to realize their importance in their children's lives, and to accept te responsibility of providing for their children.
