Program/Service Notes:
Provides assistance of heating cost (propane, kerosene, oil, gas, electricity, wood, coal), for low-income persons. Applications may be picked up at Larimer County Human Services offices. Applications also available through the City of Ft. Collins, Catholic Charities Northern, and House of Neighborly or can be mailed out. Applications may also receive help with heat related shut-off notices and disconnects, furnace replacements, repairs, weatherizations.
