Program/Service Notes:
Assist low-income families in moving from monthly cash assistance into the work place. Everyone 18 years of age or older needs to be assessed for barriers to employment and to sign a contract to focus on becoming employed. The program is geared to move participants into a work activity within 24 months. The family is limited to a lifetime to 60 months of benefits. Work experience , job training, a job placement is provided in a partnership with Larimer County workforce.
