Program/Service Notes:
The Family Resource Program is a voluntary program designed to assist families in Larimer County with short-tem (4-12 weeks) support services. Agency and community resources are coordinated to reduce risks to children while improving family self sufficiency. Service provided include: assessment of needed services to strengthen families, information and referral, family support and advocacy services, home-based parent education services, crisis counseling, service coordination for parents and children, and pre-screening for financial assistance programs.
