The Chronic Fatigue and Immune Dysfunction Syndrome (CFIDS)mission is to conquer CFIDS and related disorders and to inform and empower those affected by these disorders until a cure is found. The program offers newsletters, updates, and information for family, friends and patients. CFIDS also participates in research and public policy legislation.
