NAPVI maintains the only national toll-free phone line designed to server families whose children are blind or visually impaired. Ensures services for future parents and for children who are blind or visually impaired. Is partnership with the Natl. Eye Health Education Program and the Parent Advocacy Coalition for Educational Rights.
