Advice and counseling Hotline offers free assistance to women and girls who are facing sex or race discrimination, sexual harassment, pregnancy discrimination, problems with family and medical leave or other employment issues related to women.
We represent individuals and classes in impact litigation involving gender discrimination. We participate as counsel in cases of great importance to women's rights. We operate a national toll-free, multi-lingual advice and counseling line that informs women about their legal rights at work and school. We also provide referrals. ERA staff members provide public education.
