NFT works with families and friends of transplant recipients & candidates to raise money through fund raising campaigns in local areas. Each campaign receives individual support from an NFT Advocate , such as training volunteers through all phases of fund raising campaign. NFT is a life long commitment to the patient , offering support and guidance as needed .
