Handicap Accessibility:
Deals specifically with protecting the rights of persons with mental illness in any twenty four hour facility. Focus on abuse and neglect, improper administering of medication, issues of restraint, and confidentiality. Also involved in systemic reform in the mental health system. Priority is given to persons with mental illness currently residing in a residential facility or released within 90 days.
