The Legal Center is a nonprofit organization that promotes and protects the rights of persons with disabilities and older persons in Colorado. The Legal Center employs attorneys, paralegals, and advocates with expertise in disability law, elder law, and civil rights protection. Provides representation in issues of special education, employment discrimination in HIV/AIDS program only, fair housing, access to state or federally funded services, access to public accommodations, and protection from abuse neglect, as well, as addresses complaints of residents of nursing homes and assisted living residences.
