Eligibility: Clients qualify by demonstrating a benefit from assistance dog and able to care for the dog
Fees: After acceptance $25 fee for formal application/ $100 equipment fee for dog
Intake Process: Application by telephone/ Walk-in/ Transportation to CA for training at your expense Lodging provided for 2 week training
