To promote independent living and the empowerment of people living with disabilities in Northeastern Colorado. Connections advocates for the removal of physical and attitudinal barriers that prevent the full inclusion of people with disabilities into our community. Connections locates and provides the support that people with disabilities may need to live in their own places, not in nursing homes, and other facilities. Reader for the blind, delivery food to people with disabilities.
