The Colorado Works in Weld County Program provides temporary financial and/or medical assistance to households with children. Income maintenance payments vary according to the size of the family and the income of parents. The goal of the Temporary Assistance to Families Program is to assist individuals in becoming self-sufficient and/or return to the work force as soon as possible. Collaboration and employment, training, and other support opportunities to individuals applying for or receiving TANF benefits.
