A safe, nurturing, 24 hour therapeutic environment for children who are severely emotionally disturbed and cannot be adequately treated in a less restrictive environment. The program involves consistent structure, individualized goals and immediate feedback. Intensive counseling for the individual and the whole family if appropriate.
