Promises For Children is a community partnership dedicated to improving the well-being of all children in Weld County on the critical growth period from pre-birth to three years of age. Four communities are at the core of Promises: Awareness-campaign to educate women and our community about the importance of pre-natal care; Health-designed the Pre-Natal Line; Home Visitation-supports early prenatal campaign with materials, for in home visitation; Community Family Support-work to expand volunteer programs to help pregnant and new mothers.
