Inside the Promise

Promises for Children | Weld County Child Abuse Coalition | Housing and Emergency Services Network

Every thing we do is designed to help families help their children grow—in an environment where they are safe, healthy, nurtured and able to develop to their full potential.

We make these 20 Promises to every family in Weld County

Bright Beginnings

Do you have a new baby or a toddler, or know someone who does? United Way of Weld County’s Bright Beginnings Program provides Warm Welcome home visits that offer support and information to parents of newborns on health, safety, child care, community resources, low cost health insurance, early brain development, and the importance of reading to children from birth. Moving On visits are available for parents of children ages 12-24 months offering information and tools that help families encourage language development during the child’s second year of life.
