Weld County: Communities at a Crossroad

The Compass Visioning Committee was made up of 21 members representing diverse areas of the Weld County Community. Over the last 6 months the committee has thoroughly reviewed and analyzed the data and in the end identified 4 primary issue areas with more specific issues under each of the major topics (see the model below). The model is titled: Weld County: Communities at a Crossroads. The primary focus of the model is to “strengthen families and build self-sufficiency”. The four issue areas are: Achieving Potential, Community Wellness, Financial Well-Being, and Strengthen Community Safety.
