Join us to celebrate 50 years of giving and donate to the charities of your choice.

2011 Campaign Goals
v Our goal is to increase participation/donors at the workplace, below is a 5 year comparison for Weld County CFC:

v Donor turns in their pledge envelope receive a candy bar
v Encourage use of payroll deduction
v 100% of employees asked to participate (we encourage presentations at the workplace)
v Increase Leadership Giving (those contributing $750 or more)
v Celebrate 50 Years of Caring
2011 Strategies – * Ask each Federal employee to donate one hour’s pay per month or more utilizing payroll deduction plan * Succeed in our goal of 100% contact and personal ask of every employee * Make the campaign an agency team event and have fun, supported by top leadership and encouraged by all employees.
Methods of Donating – Payroll deduction, cash or checks. Last year, 91% of donors used the payroll deduction, it’s efficient and easy!
Fundraising cost – This year we can share that it’s 8%! Why? Due to our United Way of Weld County (PCFO) Cornerstone Partners, 92% of every dollar donated goes directly to the charities. Expenses include campaign materials, recognition items and audit.
No gift is too small - EVERY donation makes a world of difference. You can be assured that when you designate to one of the local organizations, 92% of your gift will be going to help people in our community. That is far less than most non-profit organizations! Just another way United Way of Weld County (PCFO) is working to improve the lives of others in our local community.
What your $$ gives you the POWER TO DO everyday in the lives of countless neighbors,
families and people everywhere - Ever think to yourself…”I can only give a few dollars a week…so what possible difference can that make?” The answer is everything. The CFC enables even a little bit each pay period to make a big difference. By all of us continuing to walk this line of giving back to our communities - rolling our sleeves up and continuing to stroke the flames of America’s generous spirit, we can make not just a difference…but systematic change in our neighborhoods and communities.
Great Incentives - United Way of Weld County (PCFO) has partnered with many local businesses to bring participants some great incentives for 2011. By giving as little as $3 per week, you receive a ticket to be entered in to a drawing for a $20,000 Car Voucher. The more you give, the more chances you receive!
